Terms of Service

By accessing or using Promptslive ("PromptsLive," the "Service") at promptslive.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Promptslive ("we," "us," "our"). You represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Promptslive is a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) AI security gateway that operates as a stateless proxy between your application and your chosen LLM provider (OpenRouter, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or any compatible provider). The Service:

• Inspects prompts for PII, credentials, and injection attempts before forwarding.
• Enforces compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, OWASP, SOC 2 guardrails).
• Runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers with zero persistent storage.
• Does not store, log, or retain your prompts, API keys, or LLM responses.

Promptslive is a BYOK service. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from OpenRouter, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or other LLM providers.
• All costs, charges, and usage incurred through your API keys with your chosen LLM provider(s).
• Securing your API keys and pl_live_ production tokens.
• Complying with your LLM provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.

Promptslive does not provide LLM access — we only proxy and secure the traffic you route through us. Any rate limits, content restrictions, or usage quotas imposed by your LLM provider remain in effect.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or malware.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent Promptslive's security guardrails or compliance filters.
• Use the Service to conduct credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service as a standalone product.
• Excessively overload the Service with traffic designed to degrade performance for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.

The Service is offered on a flat-rate subscription basis at $19/month. All features are included — no tiers, no usage limits, no per-token charges.

• Payment is processed via Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us for billing issues.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Promptslive's security guardrails (PII redaction, injection detection, compliance filters) are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that all sensitive data will be detected and redacted, or that all injection attempts will be blocked. You are responsible for conducting your own security assessment and determining whether the Service meets your compliance requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Promptslive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• For non-payment after a reasonable grace period.
• If we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
